Last night I found myself riding home in the back of a minivan with a Japanese family listening to an interesting mix of American classics such as Donna Summer's 'Hot Stuff.' I arrived here on Sunday and it has been non stop ever since. We just got back from a 3 day English camping trip with about 25 middle school students. Wow! On the last day of the camp, we took them to a fancy French restaurant where we learned table etiquette. I really enjoyed seeing the students struggle trying to eat with their fork and knife held like a fist in each hand. They are about as good with these utinsels as I am with chop sticks. However, I recieved a complement last night about my use of chopsticks so I am definately improving (I even ate salad today with some). There are so many things to say about this place; it is probably the most beautiful place I have ever seen and temple life is very interesting. I really should elaborate more here... in due time I suppose.
