I have been told by other foreigners that Koreans are notoriously drunk.  I had no proof for myself until I was walking around yesterday in the afternoon and saw a man stumble out of a building and fall to the ground.  He attempted to stand but just gave up and moved into a sleeping position.  The woman selling produce right beside him looked up and then went right back to peeling her vegetables.  Apparently there is a blog with just these types of pictures but I have not been able to find it (and it seems a little exploitative).
