Pai is amazing!  Everyday around 4pm, vendors begin setting up shop for the night market which goes from about 5pm until late (not quite sure how late since I am usually in bed by 10pm).  This is a picture of the tea man.  He serves a variety of natural teas in bamboo cups.  I get the ginger!
